Stark leverantör sedan 1938.

SM Johannesson startade som enskild firma år 1938 i Stjärnehult, Anderstorp av Sven Manfred Johannesson.
Inriktningen var spiraler till sängbottnar. Länge var trådprodukter – såväl egna som legotillverkade – grunden i verksamheten, men i början på 1960-talet köptes den första rullformningsmaskinen, och därmed fick företaget den inriktning det har än idag.
Idag finns företaget i moderna lokaler i Anderstorp. Vår huvudinriktning är att kunna förse filterindustrin med såväl maskiner och hjälpmedel som med komponenter i form av t.ex. plåtprofiler för tillverkning av påsfilter. Vi har även en betydande tillverkning av legoprodukter med rullformningen som bas.

Trots – eller kanske tack vare – vår storlek är vi idag en av marknadens ledande aktörer och levererar maskiner, utrustning och förbrukningsmaterial till filterproducenter över stora delar av världen. I Europa är vi marknadsledande.
Under åren har vi utvecklat ett brett program maskiner och utrustning för filtertillverkare för såväl manuell som automatisk produktion. Vi kan leverera material för tillverkning av ytter- och innerramar såväl som färdiga ev. förstansade profiler som bandstål för egen förädling i din egen verksamhet. Självklart tillverkar vi också profiler enligt dina helt egna önskemål. Våra maskiner är ofta uppkallade efter ledande svenska idrottsmän.De har också blivit ledande inom sitt område. Inte bara beroende på namnet…

Legotillverkning med rullformning som specialitet. Rullformning är mycket mer än profiler för filterramar. Tillverkningsmetoden lämpar sig ofta där slutprodukten eller komponenten ska vara en profil i plåt med unik utformning. SM Johannesson har också en omfattande legoproduktion av plåtprofiler för de mest skiftande ändamål. Har du behovet, har vi både resurserna, kunnandet och erfarenheten.

Påsfilterramar

Vi har ett brett standardprogram för såväl inner- som ytterramar för påsfiltertillverkning. Produkterna finns fårdigstansade för standardmått eller förberedda för tillverkning av kundspecifika filtermodeller.

Maskiner för filtertillverkning

Under åren har vi utvecklat ett brett program maskiner och utrustning för filtertillverkare för såväl manuell som automatisk produktion.
